Apply for a new Ration Card for a new member in the family.

Required:
1) Family Ration Card Linked Mobile
2) Aadhaar Card of new member if age below 5years then Birth Certificate (Upload File Should be 100kb)

Steps: 1
Goto https://food.wb.gov.in this link
Select “RATION CARD” Menu
Then Select “Apply for a new Ration Card for a new member in the family”
Or Directly Go to This Link
Enter Mobile No. then Click “GET OTP”
Enter OTP The “PROCEED”

Steps: 2
Then Select Apply For FORM-4

Steps: 3
Fill Address ,
Name of New Member,
Father/Mother/Husband Name,
Select Gender,
Date Of Birth,
Other Category (None of Above or Select from Menu),
Fill Aadhaar Number age above 5 years,
Select Relation With Head,
(If more than one member then select add more member),

Step: 4
Check all information
Then PROCEED
Upload Aadhaar or Birth Certificate as applicable
Confirm
GET OTP
Then SUBMIT OTP
